In this critical role, you will: - Lead the charge: Define and deliver organizational, system, and process changes within the P&R environment, while contributing to the direction and development of the PMO leadership team. - Build a winning team: Oversee a team providing performance and reporting services for energy clients. - Craft the right structure: Ensure the P&R team has well-defined roles and the right people in each position. - Embrace technology: Evaluate and deploy advanced online systems, including interactive monthly reports accessible across multiple devices and platforms. - Drive performance: Lead the provision of P&R services, including data capture, analysis, interpretation, and presentation. - Empower your team: Proactively coach and mentor your P&R team to maximize individual and collective performance. - Share your knowledge: Become a champion for best practices in programme and performance management. About You You have experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and a passion for continuous improvement and driving change. You also possess expertise in agile methodologies and digital reporting tools, and hold a degree-level education in a relevant subject (or equivalent). Ideally, your experience has been gained within the engineering or energy sectors, or a similar field.
