We are currently looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our Service Management team at Havant.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of critical computer systems and networks, resolving any issues that arise quickly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with team members, identifying and triaging incidents and problems, updating the Service Desk management tool, and proactively monitoring server performance using event management systems and other tools.
You will also be working closely with specialist support teams, following process and work instructions to resolve incidents and problems, and providing updates and reports on active incidents and events.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on a Service Desk in a high availability environment, relevant ITIL qualifications, and excellent analytical skills. They will also be able to identify and progress improvement opportunities, learn new bespoke systems and applications, and demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
