You will: Take full ownership of the management accounts function, providing timely and accurate financial reports. Oversee and manage the transactional finance team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership, supporting decision-making and business growth. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the finance function. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience as a Finance Manager, ideally within the construction or related industry. Strong knowledge of management accounts, financial reporting, and compliance. Experience leading and developing a finance team.
