Pinnacle Group is seeking skilled Call Centre Operatives to deliver exceptional customer service. Join our Contact Centre team in Chelmsford.
Your duties include managing inbound and outbound calls from housing tenants regarding issues with gas, heating, electricity, and other repairs, resolving inquiries, and providing accurate service information.
Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to perform well under pressure. If you are passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
This role is for 20 hours per week, requiring mid-week evening shifts from 5pm to 10pm and alternate weekends on a rotational schedule. The position is fixed-term for approximately 6 months.

Key responsibilities include:
* Answering inquiries, updating systems, handling emergencies, and booking repair appointments with trained engineers.
* Ensuring customers feel prioritized and informed throughout the repair process.
* Managing high-demand customer contacts via phone and email, especially for out-of-hours emergencies in repairs and maintenance.
* Serving as the first point of contact for clients, including social housing and council customers, with duties such as note updating, diagnosing repair requests, and signposting.
