Brief Your Market, part of the nurtur. group, is looking for a Customer Success Trainer to join our team.
The nurtur. group is a diverse group of businesses brought together to holistically deliver maximum potential growth to Estate and Letting Agents.
Using our unique bespoke software and cleverly designed strategic marketing packages, we generate and nurture leads for our clients to capitalize and expand their market share.
The opportunity
We’re seeking a technical trainer to lead the delivery and execution of our sales and customer success onboarding and training programs. You will partner with sales, customer success, support, client communications, digital design, and others to ensure that your customers are equipped with the most effective go-to-market marketing strategy using our platform.
Your day-to-day will consist of starting the day with a new customer on their first training session, leading an online seminar on a new feature, and finishing the day catching up on admin and project work.
You will work in collaboration with a customer success manager, owning and being accountable for the success of your customers. You will also work with other trainers to build and iterate our training packages for internal or external use.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver live and virtual onboarding and training programs for our customers in 1-2-1 and webinar formats.
* Support the wider business and our customers in understanding the full breadth of the platform, including optimizing existing content and creating novel training materials.
* Own the outcomes of your training programs: work closely with the Customer Success Manager and Communications Managed Executive to ensure your training increases product adoption and ROI.
* Be accountable for the setup of new customers, ensuring a best-in-class onboarding experience.
* Recognize upsell opportunities by understanding customer requirements and goals.
* Deliver excellent internal customer service by maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
* Travel to other Airtable offices to conduct regional trainings and workshops.
Responsibilities
* Manage the onboarding process for new accounts via telephone and site visits throughout the UK.
* Conduct online and on-site training for both small and large groups on all aspects of the BriefYourMarket.com system.
* Demonstrate ROI from the outset.
* Ensure new accounts are implemented and trained to a high standard.
* Maintain customer liaison and input information into the CRM database.
* Upsell other BriefYourMarket.com products to increase revenue.
* Maintain regular contact with clients via calls, online meetings, and site visits.
* Assist in customers’ marketing communications where needed.
* Handle queries and technical calls, logging tickets, and overseeing them through to completion.
* Build strong customer relationships with users and stakeholders.
* Present the company and yourself professionally to customers.
* Highlight and arrange testimonials and case studies from new customers.
About You
* Project/Account management/client services/training experience.
* Experience in the property industry.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Ability to travel UK-wide with possible overnight stays.
* A full UK driving licence.
* Good Microsoft Office and ideally CRM knowledge.
* A can-do attitude and high self-motivation.
* Ability to see tasks through to completion.
* Good customer relationship building skills.
* Great organizational and multi-tasking skills.
* Ability to identify upselling opportunities for new features.
* Marketing experience is desired.
This position is based out of our Brief Your Market office in Little Eaton, a beautiful village on the outskirts of Derby with free on-site parking and local amenities.
Working hours are 9 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, allowing you weekends to relax and recharge.
Hybrid working will be available after the probation period.
