You'll be handling inbound calls and managing technician schedules in a fast-paced environment. This role offers room for growth and development for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service.
2. Accurately log client interactions and service requests using internal systems.
3. Coordinate and schedule technician visits, ensuring optimal time management.
4. Serve as a communication bridge between clients, technicians, and managers.
5. Manage emails and support requests in a timely and professional manner.
6. Uphold high standards of customer care and attention to detail.
7. Contribute to team success through dedication and teamwork.
8. Perform additional customer service and administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
1. Competent with computers and software systems.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Previous experience in an administrative scheduling role.
4. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
