Role: Customer Service Advisor
Based: Foleshill Enterprise Park, Coventry, CV6
Rate of pay: £13.79p/h + 33 holidays (25 days + 8 BH – hourly rate equivalent to £28,683)
Hours: Mon – Fri: 8.30am - 5pm
**Hybrid role once trained** (Monday & Friday working from home)
Duration: 12-month plus contract
The Customer Service Advisor will work as part of a small friendly team of 6. The company’s offices are open plan, providing a good working atmosphere and fostering working relationships between departments.
The Customer Service Advisor's weekly duties will include:
1. Answering approx. 40 calls and emails per day
2. Resolving customer issues with regards to orders
3. Raising and progressing returns and invoice queries
4. Dealing with root cause analysis and issue prevention.
Experience working in an office environment is required.
You will also require the following:
1. Ability to multi-task
2. The skill to deliver a first-class customer experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
3. Good IT skills
4. Good attendance and timekeeping.
