We’re looking for a Customer Complaints Advisor to lead the daily operation of the complaints function, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and business requirements. This role is based full time on-site at Willerby, Hull. Why You’ll Love the Customer Complaints Advisor Role Responsible for the end-to-end complaints management function, including systems, policies, procedures, reporting and activities. Monitor customer satisfaction through all feedback channels including Trust Pilot, NPS and social media and using this insight to improve customer experiences. Manage the relationship with the Ombudsman service, with support and direction from line management. Oversee the resolution of cases that require collaboration with other areas of Quickline (e.g., installations, sales, onboarding). Why You’ll Be a Great Fit You have proven experience within Customer Service. You have a professional telephone manner. Good general IT skills - Microsoft packages and ability to use a CRM system.
