Part time hours 15, across any week day. Based on their front desk you'll be part of their central team. Meeting and greeting visitors and clients into the office Maintaining client details on a shared data base overseeing office needs, including setting up refreshments, preparing documents and assisting with creating presentations. High volumes of data entry - MUST BE CONFIDENT USING EXCEL AND HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH EXCEL. Assist with policies and procedures support the core operation team, including all administrative systems and ordering supplies. You will be confident using excel spreadsheets, preparing presentations and be a peoples person - wanting to go that extra mile. A positive attitude towards all tasks.
