Key Responsibilities:

3. Coordinate meeting room bookings, manage studio schedules, and support event coordination.
4. Assist with office supplies, stock management, and liaising with contractors for studio maintenance.

Ideal Candidate:
1. 1+ years of experience in a front of house or receptionist role, ideally within a creative or professional environment.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
3. Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and general office management software.
5. A friendly, approachable, and reliable team player.
