Our client, a growing construction company in High Wycombe, is looking to recruit a Graduate to join their team, ideally with a degree in Finance or Business. Duties include - Posting invoices - Running supplier/labour payments within agreed terms - Reviewing staff expenses - Bank reconciliations - Dealing with account queries - Account related filing - To help maintain various spreadsheets - Maintaining office supply inventory - Answering office calls - Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer based information - Printing/Photocopying Skills/Experience - Able to work in a fast paced environment - Excellent attention to detail - Good telephone manner - Good communication skills - Good organisation skills - Quick learner - Good Excel Skills - Good Initiative - Proactive - Team player Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills.
