Experienced Contracts Manager (Fit Out) Needed
Our client, a leading fit-out contractor based in Wigan, is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join their expanding team. Specialising in large-scale retail projects ranging in value from £50,000 to £2 million, they offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus company car, expenses, and benefits.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage multiple fit-out projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
2. Lead and coordinate project teams, including site managers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
3. Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
4. Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure timely project completion.
5. Manage project budgets and financial reporting, ensuring profitability and cost control.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the fit-out sector, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
2. Experience working on large-scale retail projects, preferably with values ranging from £50,000 to £2 million.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
4. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
5. Willingness to travel and work away from home when required.
