We are looking for someone who is a great team player and an efficient individual capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

3. Effectively engage with customers about the current energy efficiency of their property and improvement options that may be available to them.
2. Develop Retrofit Design and Plans
1. Work collaboratively with our in-house office Retrofit Designers to feed in technical survey outputs into a Plan of Works for each property.
2. Ensure any and all risks identified on site are reflected and mitigated in the Retrofit Design.
3. Sign off Retrofit Designs, ensuring they meet all regulatory and compliance requirements.
3. Quality Delivery of Retrofit Projects
1. Visit installation sites to monitor progress, ensuring all work is carried out in line with the approved design and to the highest standards.
2. Provide ongoing support to the project team throughout the lifecycle of each project.
3. Conduct final inspections post-installation, ensuring that all work is completed to specification and is ready for sign-off.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS
1. Chartered Institute of Building status (MCIOB, FCIOB, RICS or equivalent).
2. A strong understanding of energy efficiency measures, building fabric and construction defects.
3. Experience in carrying out property assessments, especially in the context of retrofit and energy saving improvements.
4. A collaborative approach to working with customers, supply chain and internal teams.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with property owners and clients in a clear, supportive manner.
6. An eye for detail and the ability to ensure high standards of quality control across all projects.
7. Ability to balance multiple projects, work under pressure and prioritise workloads.
8. Full UK driving license.
