We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Administrator to support our growing team, working from our modern office in Fleet, GU51 2UJ.
Sales & Marketing Administrator Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining the company’s social media posts, newsletters, and website news.
* Assisting the Marketing Manager as required.
* Tender administration.
* Tracking our client inspection cycles, notifying clients of pending re-inspections.
* Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams.
* Creating and managing lead lists for sales outreach.
* Supporting the wider team with administration duties and general office duties as required.
* Assist with the company’s exhibition program.
Sales & Marketing Administrator Requirements:
* A full driving licence.
* Team Player.
* Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or administrative role.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage.
* Interest or experience in fire safety or a related industry is desirable but not essential.
