3. Conducting training sessions to educate employees on safety practices and emergency procedures
4. Investigating accidents and incidents to determine causes and recommend preventive measures
5. Ensuring the organisation complies with health and safety regulations and standards
6. Maintaining records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions, and preparing reports for management
7. Providing guidance on safety-related matters, such as fire safety, hazardous materials, and occupational health
