Do you have experience working within Export?
Our growing client based in Redditch are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their close-knit team in supporting the Export manager with Global orders.
Up to £38,000
Your Responsibilities:
1. Managing the end-to-end processing of orders.
2. Liaising with external contacts regarding lead times.
3. Creating export documentation.
4. Booking transport.
5. Working closely with the warehouse to manage stock.
6. Building strong relationships with both customers and clients.
7. Dealing with any enquiries/complaints in a timely manner.
8. Liaising with suppliers regarding POs of shipped orders.
9. Following procedures correctly.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Experience within Exports/Logistics/Planning.
2. Knowledge of SAP.
3. Ability to work to deadlines.
4. Excellent customer service skills.
5. Attention to detail.
