An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a WISHH Charity Chief Executive to join our independent Charity.
Our aim is to raise funds to enhance facilities, equipment and services at Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospital over and above what can be achieved by the NHS alone.
Working in partnership with the hospitals we support, we can help patients experience the best facilities and treatments possible and give the comfort and wellbeing of patients and their loved ones the attention their medical circumstances need.
As an ever-growing charity, we are looking for a WISHH Charity Chief Executive that will drive and lead ambitious fundraising strategies, ensuring financial growth and stability.
The WISHH Charity Chief Executive will act as the senior contact and liaison between the Charity and Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. Developing and overseeing the strategic management of the Charity and all operational activities that support the strategic direction.
Reporting to the Board of Trustees, you will lead and influence those within the Charity, Hospitals, as well as our external partners and the community we serve, translating these strategies into tangible outcomes that will ultimately support the patients and visitors of Hull University Teaching Hospitals
This is a significant leadership opportunity. You must havesubstantial experience in leading a Charity and be able to demonstrate how you have been involved with fundraising, developing strategy, and providing high-class services whilst managing funds. You must be able to develop effective partnerships and lead, develop, and motivate the WISHH charity Team.
Applicants require exceptional leadership qualities, fundraising skills, and exceptional relationship management skills. In addition, they must possess a strong business understanding and credibility. You will be passionate about the Charity and the work it does to support our hospitals; you will be a natural leader who will facilitate and support collaborative working both internally and externally to the Charity.
The WISHH Charity Chief Executive will be directly accountable to the Charity’s Board of Trustees.
