Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: The Client Manager will develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their goals and proactively offering tailored financial solutions. Account Management: The role includes ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial reports, preparing annual accounts, tax returns, and VAT returns. Team Collaboration: The Client Manager will collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and will mentor junior staff, supporting their professional development. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: prior experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice, with a solid understanding of accounting principles. Qualifications: The role is suited to individuals who are fully or part-qualified in a relevant professional accountancy qualification or QBE. Support for completing qualifications is available if required. Communication Skills: The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and clearly explain complex financial information to a diverse client base.
