We're looking for a new Director of Data and Insight, who will have responsibility for delivering Business Intelligence and Performance Management Strategies.
Our new Director will drive a step change in the maturity of provision and use of insight and intelligence across the organisation.

Key areas of work:
1. Lead the development and delivery of the organisations data and insight strategy.
2. Provide leadership for a team of data analysts focused on supporting the business with relevant data and analyses to drive business performance.
3. Lead RBH to a future where data is the underpinning asset that drives all business decisions.
4. Develop and own the group strategies for Business Intelligence and Customer Insight.
5. Advise the Executive Team, Board and wider leadership team and provide high quality business intelligence to inform high-level strategic and operational decision making.
6. Lead and embed a culture of excellent performance management, ensuring processes, systems and reporting all lead to improvement and learning.
Requirements:
1. Degree Education, ideally in a STEM subject or relative and demonstrable experience.
2. Significant knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, SSAS.
3. Strong leadership skills which encourage, support and inspire.
4. A commitment to the social housing sector.
