Your role What you'll be doing What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Staffing Coordinator on a permanent basis within our international vehicle payments line of business, this position is located in either our Meriden or Swindon office. This is a fantastic opportunity as it’s a newly created role within the business, where you will be responsible for managing workforce planning, scheduling, onboarding and assisting with recruitment efforts to ensure the IT team is fully equipped to meet business objectives. This role includes aiding the execution of a People Plan, fostering a culture of engagement and development within Technology. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving people-focused initiatives. How We Work As a Staffing Coordinator you will be expected to work from either our Meriden or Swindon office. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in the designated office Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities Managing and maintain IT employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage across projects and operations. Collaborating with IT managers to identify staffing needs and assist with the hiring of skilled permanent and contract professionals. Tracking and maintain records of employee certifications, skills, and availability to optimise placement within IT teams. Assisting in implementing Technology People Plan to support business goals and employee development. Specifically: Help maintain job architecture details Administer talent and succession artefacts Aid in the apprentice programme Help ensure personal development plans exist and training uptake is satisfactory Support engagement action planning Generate the Technology Skills Matrix Partnering with IT leaders and HR to identify workforce trends, skill gaps, and retention strategies. Collaborating on initiatives to improve employee engagement, career progression, and learning opportunities. Providing insights and analytics related to the workforce to inform strategic decision-making. Qualifications & Skills Supporting qualifications in a HR discipline. Proven experience in staffing coordination, preferably within an IT or technical environment. Strong understanding of workforce planning would be beneficial. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Workday and Excel. Familiarity with IT roles and technologies.
