Our client have a new role with some responsibilities overlapping with their Nursery business
The Manager is looking to recruit an experienced Team Assistant to work with a small but growing team running multiple businesses in diverse sectors: property, early years education and wholesale.
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 9-6
You will be required to carry out the following duties:
· Back office organising, chasing and functioning of various projects
· Assisting on site at their schools
· Employee engagement and general People officer - allowing candidates to use creativity to ensure all People feel valued and welcome by senior leadership team
· Credit control assistance
· Office management - stock control, presentation, etc
· Diary management of key staff
· Administration of marketing, social media and PR - alongside external professionals
· Confidently presenting Company in a positive light - welcoming, customer service, etc
· Successful candidates will have a passion for interiors and design for developments; compassion for early years childcare; and demonstrate commercial strength in wholesale
· Career progression channels may include HR, recruitment, training and development, and managing a team of assistants and co-ordinators company-wide as the business grows
· Process driven but adaptable
· Customer focused but commercially aware
· Team player but able to work autonomously and take responsibility for own work
· Energy and enthusiasm
