Our client, an award-winning commercial property agency, is looking for an Asset Manager to join their growing team in Lutterworth.
This role is ideal for a property management professional ready to take the next step, managing a diverse portfolio of offices, warehouses, industrial, and retail units while working towards Associate RICS status.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main contact for landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure smooth estate management.
Oversee repairs, maintenance, and compliance, managing budgets and supplier performance.
Support with rent reviews, lease renewals, and dilapidations negotiations.
Advise on lettings, rent collection, lease structuring, disposals, and acquisitions.
Monitor portfolio performance to maximise asset value.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
