1. Ownership of support in a multi-client, multi-project environment
2. Assisting on setting up new computer systems
3. Setting up new user accounts and managing access permissions
4. Updating and maintaining our asset list
5. Appreciation of ITIL Service Management Disciplines, i.e., Incident, Problem, and Change Request Management
6. Enforcement of procedures and best practices
7. Collaborating with the IT Team on projects and improvements
Desired Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 1 year of experience in the IT field and Microsoft certifications, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900). You will also need knowledge on Networks, a good understanding of Backup/Disaster Recovery Products, experience on Microsoft 365: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and experience of Microsoft EMS 365 technologies: Azure Active Directory, Intune, Information Protection.

The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills, both written and verbal, be self-motivated and organised, able to use initiative, presentable, have a professional telephone manner, be flexible, reliable, and punctual, and able to organise and prioritise own time to meet deadlines.
