Job Description
Position: New Business Territory Sales Manager – Area Sales
Company: Fantastic Engineering SME
Location: HQ in Rugby, Warwickshire
Salary: £40,000 plus car (or allowance), fuel card for all mileage & bonus structure
Responsibilities:
1. Account management/development (20%)
2. New business sales growth (80%)
3. Manage and grow an account base
4. Build new accounts and new business
5. Sell industrial consumables and PPE into an account base
Requirements:
1. Proactive mentality – Business to business
2. Field sales background with strong experience selling a product range
3. At least 2 years solid B2B sales experience
4. Comfortable dealing with engineers and manufacturing clients
5. Live within commutable distance to Rugby HQ
Additional Information:
25 days holiday plus all bank holidays. This is a hybrid/office and field-based role with ideally 4 days a week spent in front of customers.
