Duties and Responsibilities:
* To be accountable for the client relationship on the Executive sites and the perception of service delivered by the Executive Host Team.
* Responsible for day-to-day operations including ordering supplies, deciding on products, monitoring catering costs, and attending supplier meetings.
* Responsible for staff rotas for running both sites at appropriate levels and HR line management.
* Responsible for site inductions and training plans for new staff.
* Responsible for collecting and analysing utilisation statistics for site and providing in-depth comparison year on year for the client.
Qualifications:
* Experience in a similar role within a prestigious hospitality setting.
* Experience managing a team or covering management is essential.
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers and personnel at all levels of the Organisation.
* Adaptable and proactive nature with the ability to react to situations.
* Business savvy with examples of improving efficiency and services.
