Job Location: London, UK (onsite).
Job Schedule: Monday – Friday (weekday; day shift).

Job Description:
VitalCheck Wellness is looking for a Full Time RGN/ OHN Clinic Manager for a new outpatient clinic. The RGN will work with support from a HCA/ Phlebotomist to support the GP and ANP in a corporate health center while managing clinic operations and workflow policies and procedures. The nurse will work in a primary care, preventive care, and urgent care capacity. This role is ideal for someone who loves to implement new ideas while providing high quality patient care and patient education.
RGN/ OHN Clinical Responsibilities:
1. Support GP and ANP with patient care.
2. Initial point of contact for patients, completing assessment and vital signs.
3. Specimen collections including phlebotomy.
4. Wound care and vaccine administration.
5. Follow-up care coordination.
6. Maintenance of emergency equipment.
Clinic Operations & Manager Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations of the clinic, including but not limited to: patient care delivery, inventory management, scheduling, policy & procedure implementation & management, and patient engagement (through educational content and events).
2. Facilitate weekly team meetings with VitalCheck & clinic staff, including documenting minutes and communicating concerns of the team.
3. Track and follow up on ongoing projects, coordinating deadlines, following up on action items, delegating tasks as appropriate.
4. Manage/approve PTO and Sick leave requests for clinic staff.
5. Manage schedule and attendance, ensuring necessary coverage is arranged for team members on PTO.
6. Point of contact for all PRN staff.
Requirements:
1. Registered with the NMC.
2. Public Health Nursing - Occupational Health Nursing (SCPHN - OHN) training preferred.
3. Active BLS/ ALS or CPR certification.
4. Minimum 5-7 years nursing work experience in primary care/ urgent care setting.
5. Phlebotomy experience required.
6. Highly organized; skill and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
7. Proficient in technology including Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
8. Must be a self-starter who is confident in making recommendations on improving processes while complying with regulatory standards, rules and laws.
9. Customer service-oriented and have great bedside manner.
10. Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
11. Comfortable working independently or with little to no supervision.
12. Ability to adapt to change.
Must be able to pass a background check and credit report review.
