Role Overview: As a Graduate Trainee, you will play a key role in assisting the team with insolvency and restructuring cases. You will receive full training and ongoing support, including sponsorship for professional qualifications such as CPI, or similar. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with the administration of insolvency cases, including Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs), Administrations, and Bankruptcies. Liaising with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders to gather and verify case-related information. Preparing statutory documents, reports, and correspondence in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Attending client meetings, taking minutes, and contributing to case discussions. Supporting the team in investigating company finances and preparing reports on findings. Assisting with financial analysis and data reconciliation. About You: Recently graduated with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Law, or a related discipline (minimum 2:1). Strong numerical and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail. Proactive and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in insolvency and restructuring. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Team player with the ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
