Mount Pleasant CE Junior School are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our caring and committed administrative team as an Administrative Officer.

About the Role:
As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in the office and the day to day running of the school. You will be methodical and have a fine eye for detail to ensure that record keeping is effective and financial processes are followed. The role is varied and will involve a range of administrative tasks using a variety of school systems and liaising with different members of staff. You will contribute to the school’s Christian vision to create a safe, inclusive and happy school through your interactions with all stakeholders - often as the first point of contact for the school.
Job Requirements:
We require a motivated, flexible individual, who is able to work using their initiative and as part of a team to complete defined tasks within the office. We are looking for someone who has experience of working within an administrative role in a school office, has good verbal communication, strong time management and organisational skills. You will have the ability to build a good rapport with our children, parents and carers and the wider school community. Experience of working with ScholarPack and/or Arbor MIS, Masterpiece and CPOMS would be desirable. The successful applicant will be required to work Wednesday, Thursday & Friday either 8:30am - 12.30pm or 8:30am - 4.00pm (with an hour for lunch). Additional hours may be required on occasion and overtime can be claimed for these.
