Overview
My client is currently modernising their IT Infrastructure across their sites in Northern Ireland and have a requirement for an IT Support Technician to join their IT Infrastructure team as soon as possible. You'll be providing general onsite IT and Network Support to professionals within the organisation, assisting with IT support queries such as device issues/setup, networks, printers, log-ins, as well as hardware/software support and deployments. This is fully on-site and will require travel to various sites around the Antrim, Newtownabbey, Whiteabbey areas (travel included in hours of work).

About you
11. Over 1 year of professional experience in IT Support providing software/hardware support for a range of devices including PCs, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, Mobiles etc.
12. Driving licence with access to own car and experience of providing onsite face-to-face support.
13. IT Degree (or over 2 years professional experience in IT Support).
14. Positive morale and team player.
15. Adaptable, versatile, problem solver.
What you'll do as an IT Support Technician
16. IT support of organisation's infrastructure, providing onsite software/hardware support across desktops, laptops, mobiles, scanners, printers etc.
17. Support rollout of new hardware and systems.
18. Resolve escalated tickets.
19. Maintain high level of professional customer service.
20. Support with onsite service requests (Resolve issues / setup devices such as laptops/printers/networks etc).
21. Collaborate positively within a wider team of IT professionals.
22. Work at fast pace to deliver excellent IT service.
23. Travel to various sites.
