We are seeking an inspirational Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Hinckley House School, a state-of-the-art SEMH primary school that provides unrivalled levels of clinical support for young people with complex needs.
As a member of our multi-disciplinary clinical team, you will work collaboratively with educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments. You will assess, formulate, and support the delivery of individualized interventions, working closely with our young people and their families to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs
- Collaborate with educational and residential teams to deliver clinically informed living and learning environments
- Provide consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to staff around our children's needs
- Contribute to the development of our clinical services and practice

Requirements:
- Qualified Clinical Psychologist registered with the HCPC
- Specialist experience in assessing, formulating, and supporting the delivery of therapeutic interventions with children and young people with complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commitment to ensuring the best outcomes for young people
