The Role
As a Commercial Manager, you’ll ideally be based in the Midlands to work closely with our National Food Service & Retail customers. Reporting to our National Account Controller, this role offers excellent progression for a National Account Executive or Sales Executive looking to elevate their career.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing a defined portfolio of National Food Service accounts with full P&L responsibility.
2. Supporting the National Account Controller with the day-to-day management of Key National Accounts, including deputising as required.
3. Identifying and securing new customer opportunities.
4. Cross-selling products across the Onoré Group portfolio.
5. Supporting the team at trade shows and freshers’ weeks.
6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with our key accounts.

We’re seeking someone with:
1. Proven experience in FMCG and a strong understanding of National Accounts and multiples.
2. Exceptional negotiation and numeracy skills.
3. Commercial awareness and strong analytical abilities.
4. Proficiency in Excel and other IT software.
5. A results-driven attitude combined with a friendly and professional demeanour.
