Role Profile: Customer Service Advisor Reports to: Multisite Manager Location: Multiple city sites What you’ll do: You’ll be the friendly face and go-to person for our customers, creating a safe, supportive and fun community they’ll love to call home. Key Responsibilities: Customer service Create a “home from home” community for our students, plan exciting social events, drive great reviews and handle all enquiries and complaints with care, ensuring our customers feel supported. Sales and revenue Stay on top of local trends and competition, facilitate customer enquiries and viewings to help hit sales targets within your city and support re-booker campaigns. Sustainability & community: Engage with local communities through volunteer work, participate in charity events, promote recycling, energy saving and other echo friendly practices, and be a champion for positive social and environmental change. Facilities management: Keep buildings safe and clean through daily compliance checks, handle incidents and emergencies as needed, and stay up to date with essential training. Who you are: Experience in PBSA, hospitality or similar field. Proven background in customer service, compliance and sales Ability to juggle multiple priorities and problem solve effectively Passionate about community and customer service, and driving results What to expect: This fast-paced, dynamic role includes flexible hours (weekends/evenings).
