The ideal candidate will be an organised, detail-oriented individual, able to work with senior stakeholders, and have an interest in the not for profit sector. Description Oversee daily administrative tasks within the Business Support department. Develop and implement administrative systems to improve processes. Support HR administration, leavers, joiners, pre-employment checks. Contribute to and arrange team meetings including minute taking. Handle internal and external queries professionally, including email and phone calls. Welcome external visitors to the building, ensuring health & safety. Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions. Able to build relationships in all areas, including senior stakeholders. Support social media activities and creating posts. Profile A successful Administrator should have: Previously worked in a similar role within the Not For Profit/ Public sector. Proficient in the use of Microsoft including Teams and Outlook Able to adhere to strict confidentiality. Previously supported meeting management and minute taking. A friendly and respectful approach. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A keen eye for detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
