The focus for this job will be towards support to customers and the sales team for technical matters.
The culture is collaborative and friendly, with ample opportunity to liaise with the engineering team, sales, and other departments, with lots of customer interaction.
The successful Technical Support Engineer - Automation will have experience with:
Able to communicate proficiently via telephone and email with both internal and external customers.
Experience of supporting industrial products going into an automated environment such as; HVAC, industrial fire/safety systems, control systems, robotics or any equipment used in automation.
Good knowledge of electrical engineering.
A problem solver who is logical, organised and able to keep clear detailed records.
Previous experience or working within a Technical Support or applications roles.
