You will lead and collaborate with our sales and engineering teams, ensuring that our clients receive top-tier service and support. System Configuration and Testing : Ensure comprehensive configuration and testing of these systems to guarantee their optimal operation. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution : Lead the diagnosis and rectification of any system-related issues, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted functionality. Ongoing System Support : Provide continuous maintenance and support for these systems, ensuring their longevity and reliability. Interdepartmental Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and engineering teams, contributing your expertise to deliver the most effective and suitable solutions to our clients.
