About the role
We are currently recruiting an experienced Finance Manager for our Dundee Customer & Colleague Engagement Centre (CCEC). The successful candidate will manage all financial aspects of the CCEC, including budget setting, business case valuations and day to day financial routines.
Please note:This role is blended working, with the expectation of a minimum of 3 days working in the Dundee Customer & Colleague Engagement Centre (CCEC) each week.
You will be responsible for
* Developing and leading a high performing team, giving them the opportunities to be their best
* Ensuring the CCEC has enough budget at the start of the year to service Customers and delivers change plans
* Work with all Finance teams that the CCEC handles work for to ensure that they have accounted for the CCEC costs
* Developing business cases for all new work or trials introduced to the CCEC so all costs are fully understood
* Any capital investment is submitted and approved by the Capital Approvals Group with all benefits and costs documented
* All Corporate and Legal Processes are adhered to and on time
* Tracking actual spend vs. budget and identify opportunities to save, potential overspends and opportunities/requirements to invest
* Contributing to the overall strategy and tactical plans of the CCEC operations
* Develop and maintain stakeholder understanding of the CCEC role and contribution to Tesco and facilitate appropriate financial decisions throughout the year.

* CCEC Suppliers for payments e.g., recruitment agencies

You will need
Operational skills relevant for this job:
* Attention to detail and understanding of financial processes
* The ability to engage and influence stakeholders
* Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
* Subject matter expert with ability to make decisions based on what is right for colleagues and customers
* Analytical skills
Experience relevant for this job:
* ACCA, ICAS, ACMA qualified
* Budget Setting and Control
* Call centre background preferred
* Process improvement experience
* People Management
