We are seeking to appoint our next Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Education and Student Experience to provide exceptional leadership in fostering a culture of excellence in education and the student experience.
Reporting to the Vice-Chancellor, you will be responsible for driving the university’s strong commitment to delivering outstanding and engaging teaching, enhancing learning, and raising student satisfaction. As a key member of the University Executive Board, you will be a highly credible individual who values collaboration and works effectively with both internal and external partners.
In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues across the university and beyond, allowing you to articulate a clear vision for the university’s teaching and learning goals, as well as for the enhancement of the student experience. As a strategic leader, you will ensure that the university’s values, including Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) are emphasised in all aspects of your work.
You will have a recognised international profile of outstanding personal achievement as a senior academic, with a particular focus on teaching and learning, and a clear commitment to student engagement. With a strong focus on operational management and delivery, you will have held senior academic administrative roles and bring a proven track record of innovation and successful outcomes.
