Salary: around GBP30K-35K
Location: London (hybrid work possible in the future)
Job description:
Secretarial duties
1. Support to the office manager
2. Documentation assistance
3. Scheduling, arranging appointments and travel arrangements
Accounting and accounting related work
1. Interaction with head office accountants
2. Interaction with accounting and tax advisers
3. Processing invoices and payments
4. Preparation of financial statements
5. Payroll and income tax processing support
General administration
1. Dealing with visitors
2. Telephone and email support
3. Management of office equipment and supplies
Requirements
1. Business level or above in both Japanese and English
2. Experience in either administration, accounting or secretarial work.
3. General accounting knowledge is a plus.
4. Able to use MS Office without any problems.
5. Able to work without visa restrictions (YMS and PSW applicants are not eligible to apply)
