Our Client is looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager, with previous experience of working within a fine dining environment. Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to lead the food and beverage operations, with an award winning Hotel in Kingsbridge, Devon.
As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be required to assist the smooth running of the food and beverage offered within the hotel. The Food and Beverage Manager must be a problem solver with a professional and calm manner, the food and beverage will be responsible for the offerings within the restaurant, and leading a solid team.
Food and Beverage Manager responsibilities will include;
6. Oversee all aspects of food and beverage service, including menu development, inventory management and staff scheduling.
7. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a positive dining experience.
8. Manage and motivate a team of dedicated professionals.
9. Monitor and control costs, including wages and food expenses.
10. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop creative and innovative menus.
11. Maintain compliance with all health, safety and sanitation regulations.
The ideal candidate will have;
12. A proven experience within a managerial role in a luxury hospitality setting.
13. Strong leadership and organisational skills.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
15. Sound knowledge of food and beverage trends.
16. An ability to work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.
