About the role
Join our team at the Harbour, supporting a close knit team in our residential setting, based in Weymouth.
You’ll provide key information to our Youth Practitioners, Residential Managers and Services Managers, contributing to reports on our children and young people as well as keeping detailed information up to date in order to co-ordinate care, analyse and highlight trends, patterns and insights and take a horizon scanning viewpoint to forward plan, contingency build and safeguard the service.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills:
1. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
2. Excellent customer service/stakeholder management
3. Familiarity with database design principles
4. Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI is advantageous
5. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information simply
7. Proficient in Microsoft 365
