Job Title: Customer Service Advisor ( financial Domain )
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Onsite - 5 Days/Week
Job type: Contract role
Duration: 6- 12 months ( Extendable Project)

Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Support:
* Handle customer inquiries and requests related to their loan accounts.
* Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring clear, simple, and effective communication.
* Collaborate with colleagues across teams to resolve complex customer requests.
* Process Adherence:
* Work in a fast-paced environment while following defined processes.
* Ensure all customer records are accurate and updated in compliance with GDPR regulations.
* Team Collaboration:
* Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Contribute to team discussions and help identify continuous improvement opportunities.
* Performance Goals:
* Strive to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
* Sociable and customer-focused with a passion for helping customers.

Work Environment:
* Shifts between 8 AM and 10 PM, Monday to Sunday, on a 6-8 week rotation (including evening and weekend work shared among colleagues).
