A bit about the role Working within our Transaction Services team, an Expense Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely processing and reimbursement of all expenses submitted. They play a crucial role in maintaining financial health and compliance by verifying that all expenses adhere to company policies. You will be part of a small, experienced team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Finance Systems. While your primary collaboration will be with Finance colleagues, you will also interact with various team members across the agency. Your role involves supporting, coaching, and educating colleagues on expense processes and policy adherence, and resolving any issues informally whenever possible. The Transaction Services team believes in working in a collaborative way to foster good decision making and problem solving, this role gives an opportunity to strengthen this further across the agency. A bit about you… You will have experience working within a dynamic finance team and will be able to actively demonstrate your knowledge working in a similar role. Attention to detail is critical in this role, ensuring accuracy in expense reports and compliance to policies. Communication skills are also key, as you'll be comfortable clearly explaining expense policies and procedures to colleagues. Who are we?
