Role Responsibilities:
* Working with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
* Supporting students with disabilities to access the curriculum
* Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons that meet the needs of all students
* Monitoring students' progress and providing feedback to teachers and parents
* Providing pastoral care and emotional support to students as required
* Assisting with administrative tasks such as record keeping and preparing resources
Compensation and Opportunities:
* 105 - 115 per day

The Candidate:
* Have a 2:1 or 1:1 from a reputable university
* Experience working with students with learning difficulties
* Committed to providing high-quality education and support to students and able to work effectively as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Organised, reliable, and flexible, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
The role starts in November and we are looking for someone to commit full-time and long-term.
