Langley now has a fantastic opportunity for an organised, creative, and results-driven Social Care Manager with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our busy and friendly team based in Coventry. This role is a full time role working 37 hours per week on a 12 month Fixed Term contract. The successful candidate will receive a salary of £41,591 per annum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop opportunities and market Trust services in relation to Health and Social Care with a view to increasing the number and range of care and health referrals to the Trust.
* Complete assessments on potential clients referred to the Trust for care and health placements.
* Cost up each referral and ensure the placement is planned and well managed
* Attend and represent the Trust at Tribunals, Parole Board hearings, Court and MAPPA meetings.
* Ensure assessments and placements consider at all times risk management and identify the particular health and care needs of the client and identify how these will be met.
