Mentor junior writers by reviewing their work, leading workshops, and providing valuable feedback to help them sharpen their skills. Take a proactive approach to research and project briefs, digging deep into scientific data, journal articles, and congress materials to ensure accuracy and relevance. Develop and oversee multimedia content such as webinars, podcasts, and infographics, ensuring each project not only meets but exceeds client expectations. Attend international congresses, presenting and selecting key scientific sessions for coverage, keeping yourself and the team ahead of industry trends. Build strong relationships with clients and KOLs, becoming the go-to expert for high-quality, compliant medical communications. You bring 3 years of experience in medical writing, ideally in the medical communications or pharmaceutical industries.
