Join Anglian Water's Strategic Pipeline Alliance as an Assistant Ecosystem Manager. Location: Flexible/Hybrid work from Peterborough office and home Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about contributing to one of the UK’s most ambitious water infrastructure projects? The Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA) is searching for an Assistant Ecosystem Manager to support and enhance our project delivery team. What will you be doing as our new Assistant Ecosystem Manager? You will support the Ecosystem Managers to deliver their programme of work, including learning and developing procurement skills, such as obtaining quotations, bid analysis, tender recommendations, SPA governance, and developing product knowledge for understanding site requirements. You will carry responsibility for category management of important requirements, supplier relationships and performance management. You will ensure supplier data is correct and compliant with Anglian Water and SPA requirements. Key responsibilities: Support delivery teams’ procurement requirements by; obtaining quotations and completing tender analysis writing recommendation reports Deputise for the Ecosystem Manager when required Use reporting to improve supplier performance Support the integration and compliance of supply chain partners Problem solve issues within the supply chain process Complete and regularly review category management plans Complete and participate in supplier performance reviews Complete supplier visits to aid knowledge; and visit and work from SPA sites as required Own data with IAND and ensure 100% compliance of Supply Chain Ecosystem Partners, including but not limited to insurance and accreditations.
