Key Responsibilities: The role of Specialist Support Worker is fundamental to the Salvation Army’s desire to help vulnerable clients achieve positive outcomes and as such you will be passionate, target driven, dynamic and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of services for vulnerable clients in a competitive climate. You will also champion excellence in terms of ensuring our clients are central to our services and successful individual outcomes are achieved. The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate: Have extensive experience working within a supported outreach environment and be Level 3 NVQ qualification or equivalent in a related field or be willing to work towards it. As a Specialist Support Worker, you will provide a high-quality frontline service to victims of trafficking, including sexual exploitation, domestic servitude forced labour and other forms of human trafficking. Delivering a service to those at highest risk as well as working within a multi-agency framework working with the Home Office, police, medical practitioners, local authority and housing.
