Job Description
The National Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing a remote, field-based team of service technicians based throughout the United States, as well as an administrative support team who assist with scheduling.
The National Service Manager must be familiar working with industrial environments and clients and must be comfortable utilizing an ERP system to track and manage customer and financial information.
The National Service Manager will be a leader in the company and will report directly to the President.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee a remote, field-based team of service technicians throughout the United States.
2. Manage an administrative support team who assist with scheduling.
3. Utilize an ERP system to track and manage customer and financial information.
Qualifications
1. 5+ years of experience leading and managing a team of field service technicians within the manufacturing space.
2. Previous experience creating and running reporting, dashboards, and analytics within an ERP system.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients.
Benefits
Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000
Location
Candidates will be expected to report to an office in the Greater Norwell, MA area with some flexibility to work remotely 1-2x/week.
