Step into the spotlight at one of London's most famous entertainment destinations! We're looking for an energetic Assistant Operations Manager to help run our world-class retail and entertainment district at The O2.
What you'll be doing:
* Making sure all businesses follow their agreements and our brand guidelines
* Helping ensure everyone meets health and safety requirements
* Updating and sharing our operations guides and making sure they're followed
* Working with our Building Services team on shop improvements and making sure contractors follow our rules
* Connecting with service providers to ensure they meet their quality targets
* Driving excellence in all areas - both public spaces and behind the scenes
* Creating a greener O2 through better waste management, recycling, and reducing energy use
* Standing in for the Retail Operations Director when needed and supporting the wider team
* Taking care of empty retail spaces and managing unit handovers
* Coordinating with contractors on routine maintenance and compliance work
What we're looking for:
* Experience in operations at a customer-focused venue with multiple uses
* Background in coordinating different projects at the same time
* Success in handling customer questions and solving problems quickly
* Strong report writing and data analysis skills
* Experience managing different stakeholders and sharing information accurately and on time
* Good skills with MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
* Great attention to detail and ability to prioritize what's important
