Job summary We are seeking to appoint a Team Administrator to join our administration team within our SOLAR Service to provide support to our CAMHS SOLAR Service within Solihull. As a key member of the administration team this is a varied role involving all aspects of general administration duties, including with supporting our Looked After Children's, and our reception team when required. The post holder will need to be well organised, able to multitask and possess excellent interpersonal skills. To provide a full range of comprehensive administrative support, including the monitoring, recording of data, and supporting with all elements to the Solar referral process as directed by the Support Service Manager/Referral Lead and to work in conjunction with other team members, ensuring administrative support is available to all members of the team. Along with ensuring reception is always covered especially during sick/annual leave. The successful candidate will be a consummate team player possessing excellent written and verbal skills with an eye for detail and demonstrate proficient keyboard/computer skills. It is essential that the applicant can work on their own initiative, can demonstrate effective organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload and process enquiries in a confidential and timely manner. Main duties of the job To provide a comprehensive range of administrative support to enable efficient referral co-ordination to the SOLAR team, along administration support for our Looked After Children's Team to ensure quality standards and targets are always met in order to deliver excellent patient care.
